Orders

7 days notice required for cake and biscuit orders, specialty cakes minimum 2 weeks.

All orders are processed based on date of receipt and subject to existing jobs. For special occasions and large orders, plenty of notice is required.

Personalised attention is given to each customer's requests and needs for the item ordered, therefore prices are not fixed and are based on ingredients, decoration and the number of people it is for. Basic orders start from approx AUD45.00.

About the Products

Only top quality products are used, ie belgium and swiss chocolate, premium quality nuts and butter, instead of margarine. Home made fondants, marzipan and chocolate ganache are used for decorations.

Even though every care is taken, cross contamination of traces of flour, nuts, dairy products, etc, is possible and must be recognised and accepted.

Some products may not be available during extremely hot weather as the end result may disappoint. Apart from imported chocolate, only seasonal local fresh produce is used.

Please do not ask for low-fat, sugar-free or low calorie items as refusal may offend. My motto is 'quality not quantity' and I would rather you enjoy one bite to the fullest, wanting more, rather than have a plateful of leftovers...
